Return & Refund Policy

Return Window
You may return products within 7 days of delivery for eligible items. Returns must be initiated by contacting our customer service team.
Eligibility for Returns

Important: For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened or used perfume products unless they are defective.
